Thanksgiving Fun

Happy Thanksgiving to you all. We had a very nice day. Our little family hosted the big day this year and it was great. We had Joe's family over. Lars, Lynn, Tara, Jeff, Valerie, Sarah, Josh, Ben, Grandma Willis, and Grandma and Grandpa Tolman. Joe made a wonderful fried turkey. We had all the trimmings but cranberry sauce. Oops! (I didn't miss it at all!!) We ate, visited, watched football, and the kids played hard. I think Grandpa Urvina even got in a little geocaching on a quick trip to the store!!!
We had some cupcakes that the kids could decorate to look like turkeys. It was fun and VERY messy. Overall it was a nice Thanksgiving. Although I did miss being away from my family on this holiday it was great to be with Joe's family. We are very thankful for our family, faith, home, and employment. This is a great time to reflect on how wonderful we really have it. We hope that you all had a great day of Thanksgiving.

Hut, Hut, Hike!

Needless to say we have been watching a little bit of football this time of the year. Well, I have been watching a little bit of football anyways. Gavin is starting to show some interest and has a new game that we play. He gets down in his football stance and yells, "Hut, Hut, Hike!" He then throws the ball at the closest person to him. I can't wait until he is big enough to play catch in the yard for real!

Modbe

My new venture into the business world. I am now a "fashion consultant" for Modbe clothing. Modbe is stylish, comfortable, and modest clothing. This is something that I feel really comfortable putting my name behind. It is sometimes difficult to find clothing that is fun and trendy as well as being comfortable and modest. I am excited to share this with you my family and friends. I do have a website that you can check out and see for yourself. http://www.modbeclothing.com/adrienneu. There is a link on our blog. Also there is a bonus. Each Monday they have sales and clearance items. Sometimes as low as $5. Please check it out and enjoy a little shopping.
